March 28, 2010 Gorilla Tape
What do you do on a Sunday afternoon when you decide to clean out the lint in the dryer and the hose breaks and you get the kids dressed to go to the store for another one and are out the door when you realize the tags on your vehicle expired two days prior on your birthday so you can't go to the store to get another tube and your husband won't be home for another 5 hours and you got laundry that needs done for work the next week? You grab the Gorilla Tape out of your work bag and tape that sucker up!
March 26, 2010 Mushrooms
For my 32nd birthday, I was in Aberdeen, Ohio working at the DP&L powerplant. I ate ice cream for breakfast, Dairy Queen ice cream and fried mushrooms for lunch and ice cream for dinner. It was awesome. I made it home by 6PM that evening where flowers and a semi-clean house was waiting for me along with Jon and the kids.
